Our dentist was out of town and Dr. Crofoot was the referral our normal office gave when my son knocked half his front tooth out! So off to Dr. Crofoot’s office! They fit my son into their schedule within an hour of me calling, they took their time choosing the right procedure to attach the tooth back into place. Dr. Crofoot was easy to talk to and did an amazing job! My son’s front tooth looks perfectly normal! THANK YOU! The office staff was also so kind and the office was clean and neat.

Cornerstone dental is the real deal. I started going there this year because of some dental issues my previous dentist did not catch. Dr. Crofoot has been very thorough and very helpful. My 12 year old got a mouth expander with Dr. Crofoot and it has made a world of difference. The expander has opened up her air-way and her sleep has improved dramatically. She wakes up rested and her irritability has decreased by half. Her canines were above the rest of her teeth and they moved down in only 2 months! The price was also a third of other expander/airway programs. The staff has been generous and kind. The front desk has been quick and efficient. I always feel welcomed as I walk in.

My daughter and I had a great experience here. We got our teeth cleaned about a month ago and the dental hygienists did a great job. My daughter usually struggles at dentist appointments and they always end up in tears but this time no tears and was so happy afterwards and can’t wait to go back. They talked her through everything and were so nice to her without even knowing that she struggles. I had my first procedure there and it was relaxing. Not usually a feeling you get at the dental office. I usually always feel a poke when getting numbed and I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend going to Cornerstone Dental. I will be bringing my entire family over to their office.

I had two fillings back in Washington that were giving me sensitivity issues for about a month. I went in to get it checked out, and Dr. Crofoot and his daughter were both so lovely! He made sure to do thorough tests and gave me a couple of treatment options. He even managed to squeeze me in to replace my fillings then and there. I've probably never laughed more during a dental procedure! Now my filling feels great and there's no more sensitivity issues. I'll keep a careful eye on it, but something tells me I don't have to worry too much about it. 10/10 recommend!

And did so without him having to since the coronavirus thing has been going on but they were so super careful with masks on and making sure everything was clean, but I felt totally safe. I am a huge fan of Cornerstone Dental, they are simply the best!! Before my mission, I was able to have my paperwork and exams done by them… for free!! Since returning home from my mission, I went there asking if they would be able to do some cosmetic filing to even out my teeth. Dr Crofoot was SO good and let me hold a mirror so I could tell him how I wanted them to look, but he was also very careful about protecting the enamel of my teeth. My husband really likes the fact that he can be treated even though someone else is liable for his dental accident. One afternoon my husband was parked on the side of the road when a distracted driver hit him from behind and caused my husband a broken lower jaw and lacerations to the face. Luckily Brad Gordon fought for our personal injuries. Corner Stone Dental were the only ones who were able to get us in with in a week when no one else would. They have state of the art equipment and extensive knowledge on other procedures. It's friendly, clean and welcomes children. I'm transferring my family here because it's only 2 minutes away from us. I went in for a wisdom tooth consult. After they looked at my teeth, the dentist looked at me and said, “do you want to get them out today?” I didn’t know wisdom teeth extraction could be to impromptu. After thinking for a while. I decided to proceed with the extraction. The doctor made good points, in the fact that my condition would only get worse and future pain will be towards recovery. So, here I am with two less teeth in my mouth. The extraction process really only took 10 minutes. He was efficient, honest, and kind. One thing that I wish I had been aware of is they use a little gadget that hooks onto your teeth and acts like a shield for the procedure they are doing. All of that was fine until afterwards where only the teeth that was attached to, not even the tooth they worked on hurt. I just wish that they had warned me about that first rather than just being surprised by that pain rather than pain from the work they did.

Dr Snarr and Dr Crofoot do the very best they can to make sure you are happy with what needs to be done. I went to someone else closer to where I currently live and they told me I need it a lot more dental work then I possibly need potentially costing me more money and time, I drove from Salt Lake City area to Rexburg where I used to live and Dr Snarr told me otherwise, again that’s my opinion. Other than that both these doctors and of course the other staff there attempt to go above and beyond. They have cable tv and headphones to enjoy while getting work done on your teeth.

I was extremely impressed with how comfortable my 5 year old son was with Dr. Crofoot and ALL of the staff members. Dental assistants had to take 5-6 xrays for one tooth. I reminded your receptionist to apply the credit I had there from last time (you didn’t have change)...When I got out to the car I noticed that she hadn’t charged me enough and that there was a $91.50 charge being sent to my insurance...I have never had dental insurance that covered more than just part of a cleaning so I have always paid cash for the full amount. When I took it back in she kept my copy of the bill to give to your billing person (Erin?). When she called I was driving and didn’t have a copy of the bill to look at while we were talking. She kept telling me a different amount than I had come up with and was unprofessional and rude when I tried to work it out with her. Not good customer service. I was shocked at all of this...Heather was always so sweet to work with.

When we moved to Rexburg I did a LOT of research on dentists. I wanted a family dentist that was GOOD with kids! We had some bad dental experiences in the past both with pediatric dentists and family dentists who weren't good with kids). When I called Cornerstone Family Dental, Dr Crowfoot answered the phone! He answered all of my questions and even texted me pictures of their kid-friendly spaces in their office. He went above and beyond. And when we went to his office it was my daughter's first dentist visit ever. She was nervous until she met Dr Crowfoot. He was fantastic and even did the "hot-dog" dance from mickey mouse club house with her after her apt was done. LOL! He never pushed us to get work done when it wasn't urgent, and was phenomenal when he removed my son's tooth that had an abscessed root (due to poor dental work from our previous dentist). My son still doesn't know he gets a shot when he get's work done! He also e-mailed my son's x-rays to me when I needed him to. He really is the best dentist ever and I wish I could have taken him with us when we moved out of state!
