Dr. Crofoot and the team members at Cornerstone Dental of Rexburg are excited to welcome new patients to our dental office. Even if you’ve been to our dental office already, we want to make sure that all patients have access to relevant information and documents prior to their arrival. When you arrive, we’ll make sure to get you seen as soon as possible. If you haven’t already, you’ll be asked to fill out all necessary paperwork. Once you’ve filled out these forms, you’ll be brought back to have an exam with Dr. Crofoot. This visit will also include a set of x-rays and possibly a cleaning if appropriate. During the appointment, you’ll get a chance to speak one-on-one with our dentist about your needs.
